3 Days and Counting!

I'm on a roll! Today is the third consecutive day that I have exercised and I feel really good. I started at 148.6 and weighed in at 146.6 this morning. My pants aren't as tight as they were the last few weeks too. My energy level is going up and I feel really good!

1/21/2009 ~ 146.6 lbs.
Goal by 4/1/2009 ~ 135 lbs.

I'm getting closer!! :o)

Changing My Ways!

Today was a good day! So far at least...I walked on the tm for 30 mins and ran a little too. I've decided that eating good and healthy is going to be a lot easier than I thought. I've been listening to Bob Harper's Are You Ready! and it's been a big help in getting me to think more about what I'm putting into my body and why.

Today's starting weight: 148.6 (wow it's creeping back up!)
Exercise: 30 mins on the tm

Good Morning! It's Sunday and I worked all day yesterday and didn't work out but I have a plan for next week. Ready??

*Exercise everyday
*Drink 64 oz. of water
*Limit the Sugar! (This is the tough one but I'm going to try!)
*More fresh fruits and veggies
*Get a good night's rest!
*No eating after 8 pm
*Think of my health needs

In a world of "What can I do to help you today?" it's hard to say "What can I do to help me today?" but I'm really going to try! I'll update my progress through out the week.

Good Morning!

I've been listening to Bob Harper's Are You Ready! audiobook and it's so motivating! I haven't listened to the whole thing yet but it is helping me put things into perspective. I'm hoping to get the paper copy of the book so that I can follow the diet and exercise plan too. :o)

I have decided to post some pictures of my progress. Let's see if I can find them! Ok the bottom one was taken by my daughter (who is 6) last Spring before I started trying harder to get the weight off.


And the top one was taken in October of 2008! I can tell a difference and just hope that I can tone up a little bit! I want to get back to that!
